The landscaper is scheduled to continue the topsoil placement and sodding this week and into early next week. The final hot-mix asphalt surface course is scheduled to be paved next week. Tuesday afternoon or Wednesday morning, the existing asphalt surface will be coated with fresh oil and sand. The oil will help the top coat of asphalt bond to the existing layer. The layer of sand is to help prevent tracking the oil into your driveways. Please try to keep your driving to a minimum while the oil dries. If you must drive on the oil, please drive slowly to help prevent splattering onto your vehicle. All vehicles must be removed from the roadway between 7:00 A.M. and 5:00 P.M.
